You went through intensive training to become a warfighter. Now you need to reengineer your mindset to succeed in a new life.

 

The complexity and uncertainty requires a whole person Transition AS Wellness approach to give you capability and confidence.

The Civilian Ready Reboot Camp provides the first standard in transition excellence enabling you to be Civilian Ready On Day One with the following capabilities:

 

  • Be Culturally Adapted

  • Be Socially Reintegrated

  • Determine your Vocational alignment

  • State your value as a first-choice, premium talent.

  • Re-enter civilian life with a new identity and a new destiny of purpose, passion, and impact.

WEEK 1

Taking off the Uniform

The journey begins exploring the profound loss in taking off the uniform for the last time. The complexity of the emotional and psychological factors are met head on. Deconstructing and examining their own unique individual losses provides a baseline of clarity and starting point of reshaping their new identity.

WEEK 2
​Social Interaction Skills

Participants advance in self-discovery through Social Style®. This process enhances self-awareness and adaptability, improving communication and relationship-building skills vital for civilian life.

WEEK 3
Cultivating an Adaptive Mindset® 

Building resilience through strategies for managing stress, embracing change and overcoming mental barriers. Additionally, they explore Life Design thinking, equipping them to design a future filled with purpose and fulfillment.

WEEK 4-5
Build Personal Brand

As they continue drafting their Life Design, they simultaneously embark on the exciting path of shaping their next mission by building a personal brand. They will dive into the essence of their current personal brand and set the stage for aligning it with the one they aspire to build for their future.

WEEK 6-7
Design Civilian Identity & Civilian Destiny

Life Design work reaches its culmination. They define their new identity and map out the civilian destinations they are set to explore as their path to new purpose, passion and impact, leading to a joyful life. Professional Development groundwork guides the construction of their resume, professional bio, and digital profile. It will also serve as the blueprint for their future career success.

WEEK 8-9
Build Networking Skills

They accelerate their career search by immersing themselves in networking to discover potential opportunities and exploring the option of SkillBridge as an integrated fellowship experience.

WEEK 10-12
Master the Arts of Networking & Interviewing

In these weeks they fuse all their learning and development to propel themselves on their trajectory to the future life they’ve designed. They learn to navigate the job interview process and position themselves, while practicing how to showcase their personal brand value in mock interviews and coaching sessions.

WEEK 13-15
Transformation Endures

As a cohort journey winds down, they will receive ongoing support from their Team Leader while they transition as Civilian Ready, able to confidently move toward a new life path. They commit to staying in touch with original cohort, in a tight community that supports them over 36 months on their transition as wellness journey.
