With an MBA, PMP certification, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Christian combines strategic thinking with a disciplined approach to project management, process improvement, and problem-solving. He is passionate about building high-performing teams, developing people, and creating data-driven solutions that improve how organizations operate and deliver value.

Following a 21-year career in the United States Air Force, Christian moved to Salt Lake City, Utah where he joined Optum Health as a Business and Process Analyst.
