Christopher Ackman

Chris has built a 20-year career in both military and civilian service. Upon graduating from West Point, he held several leadership roles across Human Resources and Operations functions. 

After the military, Chris joined DaVita where he led a diverse team providing care and treatment to people with end-stage renal disease throughout New York. He spent time refining his multidisciplinary skill set by supporting operations in the Dental and Behavioral Health space. Most recently, Chris was the Chief Operating Officer for a start-up behavioral health platform where he predominantly assisted underserved high-acuity patients. 

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science from The United States Military Academy with a focus on Psychology and Nuclear Engineering. He earned a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling from Webster University as well as a Master in Business Administration from Columbia Business School. 

Chris is a husband and father of two. He lives with his family in Charlotte, NC, and remains active in the veteran community.
