Kim Carroll

Kim is a dedicated education and community professional with a strong commitment to developing people, strengthening organizations, and creating meaningful impact. Throughout her career, she has focused on supporting educators, building effective teams, and helping individuals navigate change with confidence and purpose.

As a 20+ year active-duty military spouse, she has gained a unique perspective on the experiences and challenges faced by military families. Years of navigating transitions, relocations, and evolving demands have strengthened her adaptability, resilience, and commitment to the military community. This experience has fueled her dedication to Family Readiness, community engagement, and building strong networks that help individuals and families feel connected and supported.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education from Coastal Carolina University. She earned a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of West Florida, with a focus on Instructional Technology and Education Training Management.

Kim is a wife and mother of three. She lives with her family in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area.
