Marvin Dyke

Board Member

Marvin Dyke joined ImmunoTek Bio Centers in the role of President. His career spans over 25 years across multiple industries, including: Railroad/Transportation; Investment Banking; Measurement, Control and Analytical Instruments; Clinical Packaging and Logistics; and Plasma Collection. He has held roles in finance, manufacturing, operational excellence, and executive leadership. 


Marvin began his career with General Electric where he completed GE’s two-year Financial Management Program. After five years with GE, he left to pursue his Master of Business Administration at the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business. He then joined Credit Suisse First Boston as an investment banker in their Mergers and Acquisitions Group in New York. 


Following the events of 9/11, he joined Thermo Electron (later Thermo Fisher Scientific) where he held roles in global finance, operational leadership, and general management, including two expatriate assignments in the UK and The Netherlands. During his 13-year career with Thermo Fisher, he gained extensive experience with business consolidation and offshoring, clinical packaging, and cold chain logistics. 


Marvin decided to join the executive team at BPL Plasma, where he spent six years in various leadership roles, including President. During this time, he was instrumental in overhauling the company’s quality system and operational processes, opening 20 new plasma centers, and achieving record collection volumes prior to the pandemic. He subsequently led two divestiture transactions, resulting in a change of ownership of the company. 


Marvin earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He resides with his wife and children in Austin, Texas.
