Nick Cervellera

Nick Cervellera has spent his career helping businesses solve complex challenges. He serves as Chief Operations Officer of Lewis Claim Solutions, an Orlando consulting firm, where he guided the company through a multiyear ownership transition and the operational response to one of the largest catastrophic loss recovery appraisal projects in United States history.

Before stepping into the COO seat, Nick led Salesforce transformation projects for clients including AWS and UnitedHealthcare, served as president of a digital consultancy with teams in four countries, and launched five certification programs and a national conference for the National Development Institute.

Nick served in the Marine Corps, in the AAV community, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, a decorated World War II veteran awarded the Silver Star and four Purple Hearts. That legacy left Nick with a lasting heart for those who wear the uniform and the families who stand behind them, and today that heart has a local address. Nick walks alongside veterans and military-connected families in Central Florida through transition, work, and seasons of life.

Nick's faith anchors all of it. As a husband and father of five, he believes leadership is a form of service.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with a minor in Religion from Southeastern University, where he graduated summa cum laude, and completed MBA coursework at Norwich University.
