Ted Prohov

Chief Experience Officer

Ted Prohov oversees the design and development of the client experience at Civilian Ready, a transformation ecosystem empowering military-to-civilian workforce reintegration for U.S. service members and military spouses. He manages the creation, delivery, and continuous improvement of a holistic veteran experience that fosters growth and enhances transition success rates. 


Highlights of his career include 11 years as a Director of Global Learning Design Services at UBS, a Swiss multinational financial services firm. During this time, he directed the U.S. Next Generation Financial Advisor training program, the Global Wealth Management Diploma for Next Generation Client Advisors, and the Global Asset Management Sales Acceleration Program for institutional investment representatives. He was credited for improvements in learning experience ecosystem blends of virtual classes, e-learning components, and on-site workshops with collaborative training simulation labs including senior wealth management team members as mentors. 


In 7 years as Director of Design at Kaplan Financial Education, he led digital transformation by leveraging legacy library content for online delivery. He also drove efforts to standardize new content- authoring tools and processes. His international experience grew with a critical role in leading the integration and virtual management of offshore teams in India. The results of his unique combination of theoretical experience and pragmatic ability to oversee consistent design and flexible functionality became evident in hundreds of e-courses and virtual classroom experiences. 


Upon the advent of online learning, he joined click2learn.com as a Senior Designer and Project Manager where he handled complex projects with key clients. 


Prior, as an entrepreneur, he led TSGi, a multimedia creative and production company serving clients across industries by delivering training programs and growing the business for nearly a decade. 


He accelerated his career by joining The First National Bank of Chicago (First Chicago Corp., now part of JPMorgan Chase Bank). In 12 years, he became Assistant Vice President originating over 100 corporate television productions a year for internal education and public relations. 


He continues to pursue professional growth in the military-to-civilian transition domain and applies his broad expertise in developing high-impact learning outcomes to improve the Civilian Ready Reboot Camp Experience.
